Applications are invited by Northern Railway, Delhi Division Divisional Railway Manager’s Office, New Delhi for filling up the post of Health & Malaria Inspector for Northern Railway, Delhi Division on full time contract and on monthly remuneration purely on contract basis up to 30-6-2012 or till the availability of regularly selected candidates from RRB/CDG or till validity of the scheme (i.e. 30-6-2012) whichever is earlier. There is every likely hood of continuation of this scheme beyond 30-6-2012.

1. Age Limit including relaxation provisions: For all the above vacancies, the age limit will be reckoned as on 01-01-2012.
1.1 The upper age limit will be Five years for SC/ST and three years for OBC candidates subject to production of requisite certificate issued by the appropriate authority.
1.2 The upper age limit is relaxable up to the age of 35 years (up to 40 years for members of SC/ST and up to 38 years for members belonging to the OBC) for Widows and
Divorced women who have judicially separated from their husbands and not remarried .
1.3 The upper age relaxation by 5 years of belonging to Jammu & Kashmir who had candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in that state between 1/1/1980 to
31/12/1989.
1.4 The SC/ST/OBC candidates considered against unreserved posts (after the prescribed quota for SC/ST/OBC is filled) will not be given the benefit of age relaxation.
1.5 Upper age for ex-serviceman will be length of service + 3 years subject to a maximum age of 40 years. The ex service mane are those who are covered in the definition as per extent rules of Ministry of Defence /Government of India.
2. Other Terms and Conditions.
2.1 Eligible SC/ST/OBC and Kashmiri migrants candidates must apply with the attested photocopy of Certificate issued by appropriate authority and should bring original certificate at the time of interview, failing which they will not be allowed in the said interview.
2.2 Eligible candidates must apply with the attested photocopies of educational qualification. Diploma qualification, extra qualification and experience certificate of working experience, if any and should bring original certificates at the time of interview.
2.3 Any type of judicial matter will be subject to jurisdiction of Delhi Court.
2.4 The last date for submission of applications will be 15-2-12 at 17.00 hrs.
2.5 The candidate should send application duly filled in all respect along with required documents through ORDINARY POST only, so as to reach office at the Divisional Railway Manager’s office, Northern Railway, State Entry Road, New Delhi – 110055 within the closing date 15-2-2012 for any reason whatsoever will not be considered. Speed post/courier/ envelops will not be acknowledged/accepted.
2.6 The list of eligible candidates will be displayed on Notice Board, Northern Railway, D.R.M.’s office, State Entry Road, New Delhi on 21-02-2012.
2.7 These contract engagement is for N.Rly; Delhi Division (on full time contract).
2.8 The candidate should mention “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ENGAGEMENT OF HEALTH AND MALARIA INSPECTOR ON CONTRACT BASIS IN NORTHERN RAILWAY, DELHI DIVISION, D R.M OFFICE, STATE ENTRY ROAD, NEW DELHI on the top of envelope.
2.9 In complete application received from the candidates will not be considered.
2.10 No TA/DA is admissible for the interview.
2.11 Selection will be through the process of walk in interview basis.
The walk in interview will be held from 23-2-2012 to 24-2-2012 at 10.00 hrs. in D.R.M’s Office, State Entry Road, New Delhi. If number of candidate is more than the interview may continue for few more days. So, the candidates coming for the interview should prepare to stay in Delhi for 2 to 3 days by making their own arrangement.
2.12 No separate call letters will be issued for interview.
3. Candidates to please note:
i) These contract would be automatically terminated on the date specified for the purpose and will not be extended. Administration reserves the right to enter into fresh contract
with the contractual appointee.
ii) And “the contract appointee who enters into contract with the Railways will not have any claim or right for his/her continuity in service or automatic extension of the terms of
contract after the specified date of expiry of contract”.
If any candidate is employed, he will have to submit NOC from her/his employer.
